个人简介:

  2009年毕业于上海交通大学物理系,获理学博士学位。2009-2012在挪威“INNOTECHSOLAR AS”研发部任“SENIOR SCIENTIST”.

  2012年8月回国入职上海工程技术大学材料工程学院,长期工作在教育教学第一线并担任班主任、带教导师。

教学方面:

  分别主持并结题本科生课程建设项目和研究生课程建设项目各1项,获批校级精品课程项目1项。

科研方面:

  主持“国家自然科学基金项目”和“上海市青年优秀教师培养计划”等科研项目。在国内外高水平期刊上发表学术论文20余篇,申请发明专利10余项。

主要研究方向:

 1.先进纳米光电材料(如硅,第三代半导体GaN等)的制备及器件研究;

 2.先进储能功能材料(石墨烯等)的制备及器件研究.

 2018年上海工程技术大学“三八红旗手”;

 2016年度上海工程技术大学“优秀本科毕设论文指导教师”,所指导的本科生获校级本科毕设优秀论文三等奖。
