The bachelor’s degree program in Welding Technology &Engineering is tailored for the high-end manufacturing industry. Based on material science and engineering, electronic engineering and mechanical engineering, the program highlights interdisciplinary of material science and engineering, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering and management science. It stresses the welding technology and engineering designing, manufacturing, experimental research, operation management and business sales.
The Material Forming & Control Engineering (CAD/CAM) program oriented advanced manufacturing, strengthens the interdisciplinary of material science and engineering, computer simulation technology, modern design and advanced manufacturing technology. It emphasizes on the training about material shaping and control engineering as well as mold computer applicability.
The Material Forming& Control Engineering program features intelligent mold design and manufacturing, which is based on material science and engineering, electronic engineering and mechanics, and focuses on the interdisciplinary of material engineering and electronic engineering, mechanics, automation, information and management. It emphasizes the designing, manufacturing, experimental research, operation management and business sales in material shaping and control.
The Material Science & Engineering program, integrated theories with practices, aims to develop well-around advanced engineering technological talents with well-founded knowledge in material science and engineering, who are capable of research and teaching, technological development, factory technological improvement, product quality control and analysis, production, operation and management.
The bachelor’s degree program in Electronic Packaging is oriented at the advanced electronic manufacturing industry, teaching basic theories and knowledge of micro-electronics manufacturing and packaging, and gives a full play to students’ potential for practical use of electronic packaging. It stresses on interdisciplinary of electronic packaging and micro-electronics manufacturing, material science and electrical, and electronic etc.
